Terms of Service

Sandbox notice. Smart Pay Engine is a demonstration product. Balances, payees, transactions, and quotes are simulated. No real money moves through the service. These terms describe how you may use the sandbox.

Placeholder terms. Smart Pay Engine is a pre-incorporation product. References to "we," "us," or "the operator" mean the individual or team currently operating the Service, not a registered legal entity. These terms are placeholder language intended to be formalized by the product's owner or operator upon acquisition or incorporation.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Smart Pay Engine (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is provided for evaluation, demonstration, and educational use. It simulates multi-currency payment flows, smart routing, and reversal analysis. It is not a licensed payment institution and does not hold, transmit, or settle funds.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and PIN confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to represent sandbox activity as real financial activity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by the operator of the Service and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service as offered.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific result. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place the Service at risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
